We sell physical items only, including personalised phone charms made to order.

PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£), with approximate conversions available in US Dollars ($) and Euros (€) for international shoppers.

We currently accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Clearpay.

Sparkling Cherry Store is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to your order total.

Prices may change occasionally, but any confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid.

ORDERS AND PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout — we can’t take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your order!
If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We can accept returns on custom items. 

Non-returnable items:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received in its original condition.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or handling fees by their local postal or customs authorities.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We do our best to ensure all descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, and handmade items may vary slightly from the images shown - that’s part of their charm!

All of our products are handmade, so small differences (such as bow shape or placement) may occur between items. We believe these slight variations make each piece unique.
